Another wonderful session today. The children experienced 'Nettle Woods' for the first time and loved the new environment. We discussed the natural canopy of the trees to shelter us from the rain and how the seasons have changed what is happening all around us. The children also learnt how to use a new tool under the supervision of the parent helpers. They used a hand drill to make holes into the large tyre to drain the water - super hard work!!
